- Prepare ice cream and beverages according to Far Out standards and customer requests
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and answering questions about our menu and offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dipping cabinets, toppings bar, and serving area
- Restock supplies and prepare ingredients as needed
- Operate point-of-sale system and handle cash/card transactions
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety and cleanliness
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions

- One year of fast-paced food service experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
